Disc herniation : A herniation in the back does not coupe breast pain. That may have different cause. Leg pain can certainly come from a herniated disc, but has a good chance of getting better with time, stretching, and pt also anti-inflammatories can help. Do not become a couch potato. Good luck.

the past 2 weeks i've had on/off pain on my left chest by my 1-2nd rib and under my breast. quick stabbing/pressure pain. i have pain in my upper back same spot. could this be from a herniated disk?

Pain: Could be, sometimes shingles presents  like this. The skin lesions appear later. Either way you need to be seen by a doctor.

when i drive a lot i get shoulder pain moving in towards my chest what could cause this mostly left arm i do have herniated. disc in neck?

Neck or shoulder: You can get similar symptoms from an impingement on either your neck or shoulder itself.  Best thing to do is see a physiatrist and get examined as there are special tests that can be done to determine which it is.   If the exam doesn't lead to answers and MRI would be the next step.  Heart problems can be referred to the left arm (angina) so if you have risk factors for heart disease see an md.

Not usually. See MD: A cervical disc on the left can cause pain in to left shoulder/scapula and in to the arm. The pain can give a patient fatigue if sleep is impaired.  The heart should definitely be evaluated as soon as possible, though, as that could be potentially be life-threatening.

Disc injury unlikely: gentle nonforceful stretching for pisiform is syndrome or tightness should not routine cause back or nerve damage

No: Large breasts that are pendulous can cause posture problems but not breathing problems.  The latter which is secondary to loss of elastic tissue can cause dyspnea or pulmonary problems related to copd.

Maybe : The first thing to try is a sports bra, and good posture. Many women with large breasts slouch to hide their breast. This, and not the 
breast weight is responsible for much of the the back pain. Core strengthening by walking with chest out and back straight for a few weeks may be all you need. Weight loss if you have extra weight, can substantially reduce breast size. Acupuncture is expensive.

Inflammation/infecti: You should have an examination to determine if the inflammation is due to an infection.
