Bug bite reaction: Assuming it is definitely a bug bite, this is probably more bites or reaction to any venom injected by the insect. See your pcp if it doesn't improve quickly.

Bug bite: Keep it clean. Use an over the counter anti-itch cream . If it starts to turn red and the redness spreads out more than a few centimeters or starts streaking up your leg get seen for possible antibiotics.
