Hydrocortisone: If the blisters are from a bug bite, try Hydrocortisone cream.

Anti-itch med: If the blisters itch you can use an over the counter cortisone cream or Diphenhydramine on them per directions on tube. If they look slightly red and infected, apply some over the counter antibiotic if not allergic to it. If severely infected, see a doctor (either pcp or podiatrist). Try to not scratch at the bites. You can keep a bandage over them to deter scratching.
