what causes eyes to be swollen? my eyes have been swollen for a few weeks everyday it's like my lacrimal gland is overlapping my eye lid. and the outside of the lacrimal sac the skin part has changed colour to a pale colour. it's weird.?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be allergy but that is usually associated with itching.  It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Not Likely: Probably Meibomian glands, not Lacrimal. This is located up away from ther lid margin, under the upper lid.  Sounds like clogged meibomian glans.  Try warm compresses and massage to open the glands

More details: You will need to contact the ordering physician and ask for clarification. It is physiologically normal for most women to have some fluid in the cut de sac. You will need to have the doctor interpret your specific sonogram report to find out if yours was normal.  If your sister has ovarian cancer you may qualify for BRCA genetic testing.

i am 44 year old male, my dad had prostate cancer. i found a lump on the outer sac of my right testicle with pain. is this common or shld i worry.?

See MD: It could be an infection/inflamation  like epididymitis, orchitis or  testicular tosion, hernia,  etc. You should see your md and have proper evaluation that will include an ultrasound to your testicle. Most likely, this has nothing to do with your prostate cancer history in your father.

i've got a white spot on the frenulum of my tongue. it looks like a cancer sore but not for sure. there also appears to be like a small sac type thing hanging off each side. worried?

Be sure of diagnosis: Get examined please. Canker sores are common aphthous ulcers of mouth that occur situationally, often in response to stressors, are bacterial or viral, &amp; can be treated topically with many otc products that reduce local discomfort &amp; potentially speed healing. However, oral/dental problems &amp; a number of systemic diseases cause canker sore-like lesions--crohn's, behcet's, std (sexually transmitted).

what does it mean if having a swollen sac inside the bones of my left ankle as it was seen in the mri pictures.any advices..could it be bone cancer?

Not cancer: Based on your description, a sac known as a "bursa" that cushions the bones of your ankle, may be inflammed, which is a common injury and may be caused by increased exercise, poorly fitting shoes, or basically a type of low grade, longer term irritation. This bursitis can be treated with a steroid injection directly into the area, or by oral anti-inflammatories. Bone cancer is unusual in your age.
