Different reasons: There are different reasons this can happen. The most common reason is a side effect of a medication like Celexa or Lexapro (escitalopram) or zoloft.  Another reason can be hormonal.  If you are not on any medication that might cause this problem make an appointment with your doctor.

Poss yeast infection: Vaginal itching that is worse during intercourse is a classic symptom of a yeast or candida infection, especially if your recent urinary tract infection was treated with antibiotics.  Most vaginal yeast infections will respond to over the counter remedies, but you should see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
