High fiber not good: Fiber will not increase peristalsis. Exercise and high fluid intake are good. Few medications improve peristalsis. Baclofen has been tried. In canada Cisapride is also used.

Attention deficit : Difficulty with losing focus in a teenager is often caused by tension definite disorder. Diet can make this better or worse caffeine can help with this improving the focus. Multiple medications prescription are effective along with counseling and therapy to help attention deficit disorder. Recommend you see a pediatrician or a psychologist who specializes in this for diagnosis and treatment

Without : Without an examination or testing, it's hard to say whether you have exercise induced asthma, exercise intolerance from being out of shape, or a little bit of both.  You should give your doctor a call.  They may want to do some testing to evaluate for exercise induced asthma, send you to a specialist or may choose to provide you with an inhaler to treat the wheezing in case it happens again.  At the very least, you should discuss an exercise plan  that can help get you into a little better shape for your cardiovascular health.  Good luck!

Elevated glucose: Caffeine can increase glucose levels.

Is your diabetes  diet controlled or on medication?   It is not uncommon to have some variation in blood glucose (you did not indicate your baseline). Monitor your diet/AM fasting glucose . Over time some diet controlled diabetics need medication and those on meds need readjusting. Also infections can increase glucose.106 is not bad.

i just got coblation tonsilectomy, haven't been eating just drinking ensures, i feel dizzy and nauseous due to lack of food... what can i do?

Not food issue: If you are drinking 4-6 ensure/day, you are getting enough nutrition to keep you going for a few days. However if that is ALL you are drinking, then you are likely dehydrated, as need about double that volume in clear liquids to stay hydrated. Try increasing Gatorade/Powerade and water to about 1 quart per hour (body cannot absorb more) if stomach tolerates &amp; see if improve. If vomit, need IV &amp; ER

Consider these : Some patients have tremors in older family members and may inherit "familial essential tremors".  Hyperthyroidism could cause this, and some medications cause tremors.  Unlikely, that dehydration can cause, but some b vitamin deficiencies could do this, and sometimes, other central nervous problems exist.  Check with your doctor.
