Products manufactured to aid our bodies can be beneficial, but if the company goes to the trouble of advising a dosage,  respect them! don't take risks! it is not smart  - you'd have no one to blame but yourself if there were bad results. Thinning hair is way less ugly than a very ill or dead woman.
