Can be helped : Can improve posture, flexibility, strength, but boney anatomy may persist.  Work with physical therapy, physiatrist, osteopathy exercise physiologist to achieve improvement

Radiculopathy: Your symptoms and imaging are consistent with cervical radiculopathy. Your ordering physician will likely get a neurosurgeon involved at this point for an assessment for decompressive surgery.

NO question: This can cause the symptoms you ask about. You need to see your doctor for more advice in this regard. Make sure it is only mild and does not need surgery. Many times surgery can be avoided.

Neck, back, shoulder: It would be difficult to say without an exam. A cervical strain tends to dissipate over time and resolve within a few weeks. It usually does not last for months.

can chiropractic take away upper back shoulder and neck pain from 4 bulg cervical disc c3-c7 and cervical kyphosis also? is this even causing my pain?

Worth a shot: The first question is where are you getting all of this information?  Have you had an mri?  It would be very uncommon to have a cervical kyphosis.  Chiro treatments can be very effective, but just be weary of the hard sell.  I would not recommend more than 6 treatments if you are not seeing any benefits.  Bulging discs do not necessarily cause pain.  You are young and should get better! see pcp.

Usually not: neck disease will cause symptoms below tthe area of stenosis if face is involved then these symptoms are not due to this condition

Deposit: You can find out with a simple xray or better yet, lose some of the weight and see if the hump goes away.

Ubiquitous: Degenerative neck and back pain is akin to wrinkles in the skin. Age happens, and the alternative (bring aging to a grinding halt with death) is not appealing. Accept some aches and pain, use nsaid's/tylenol to control, salonpas hot patches, strengthen the core, consider mckenzie pt (doc's rx needed). If persistent, further evaluation. Should not be life altering under most circumstances.

Somethings not right: There are a how long list of problems that could cause pain. It could be arthritis, it could be an infection, it could be a muscle strain, it could be a disk problem in the neck.  Please see a doctor, and they can ask you questions, and give you an exam to try and find the cause.  Pain is often a warning sign, that the body is using to tell you to pay attention to the problem.
