Fish best: No evidence taking capsules help. Recommendation is to eat fish at least twice a week.

History: You should discuss your history and status with your physician. You may well need more effective treatment than fish oil to lower your risk profile for cardiovascular disease.

It is but: There is  omega 3  in krill oil and it is in many other forms  Such as TherOmega which you can get on the internet. But caution there are  side  effects  of omega 3 - some get extra heart beats

Different fish: krill are any of the small, pelagic, shrimplike crustaceans of the family Euphausiidae, eaten as food by certain whales.
Fish oil come from a variety of fish sources and not just krill

See below: Both are good sources of omega-3's & both should be purchased from reliable sources. Major concern is possible mercury contamination, which is more likely & in higher concentration in fish as they are higher in food chain & toxins are more concentrated. Krill come from deep antarctic waters where toxins are less likely to be found. Sources also recommend astaxanthin (an antioxidant) be present.

It should be: It should   but you can discuss this  with your physician in case there  are other  aspects  of your health issues  we  are  not aware  of.

Probably not: Omega 3`s and low dose Aspirin work at different levels.  Omega 3`s replace cell products that release products of inflammation while the omega 3`s don't. Aspirin affects the blood platelets that normally control clotting and bleeding.

Omega 3: Dose of Omega 3 depends on what you are using it for.  If not on a blood thinner a typical does is 2 1000 mg caps daily for general health.  Check w/your doctor.  If you are lowering triglycerides it depends on the level of the triglycerides.  If used as an anti-inflammatory check w/doc but one MAY need 2 - 3 X the average dose.  Quality is important.  Nordic Naturals is a good brand.  Peace.

There is not one  be: There is not  one better  than the other. What you need to knwo if do you have  a product that actually hs omega 3 in it. Some of these  products  do not and the FDA  does  not scrutinize the contents like it  does  drugs.certin products  liek lovasa which is a drug and theromega do check there contents to see what  the contents are.  Until we  have  head  to head  trial we  will not  know aboout

None of that: An antioxidant.May be good for cooking esp  for flavor!
