Omega 3: Dose of Omega 3 depends on what you are using it for. If not on a blood thinner a typical does is 2 1000 mg caps daily for general health. Check w/your doctor. If you are lowering triglycerides it depends on the level of the triglycerides. If used as an anti-inflammatory check w/doc but one MAY need 2 - 3 X the average dose. Quality is important. Nordic Naturals is a good brand. Peace.
