It is recommended before traveling to endemic regions for certain diseases ( this mean this diseases are very common in a certain place) to have vaccinations. In your specific case you could use a vaccination against yellow fever and hepatitis A. Also taking medication during the whole trip to prevent malaria may be needed.

Which month?: Kruger National Park is considered a high risk Malaria area from October to May.

i tested bp at kroger pharmacy yesterday the reading was 188/96 and today the reading is 199/111. is this cause for concern?

Yes: Those are alarmingly high readings.  Many of the machines in stores are not always accurate though. Most medical offices,dental offices (call first) and in the US most fire departments will be glad to take your BP reading for you without an appointment or a charge.  The readings you report, if accurate, indicate you are at a very high risk for stroke and need immediate attention

Probably covid: Covid symptoms include Fever, cough, headaches, sore throat, shortness of breath, muscle/body aches. If you have two or more of these symptoms there is a good chance that you have Covid. A Test will only provide documentation, it will not change the way the symptoms are treated. Self-isolate. Use pain reliever for headache/throat pain, get lots of rest and drink lots of fluids. Do not travel.

why is krugers criteria used ? if  we were to sample 100 men , how many would pass the krugres criteria

Not that useful.: If you sample 100 healthy and fertile men, all should have normal kruger scores, theoretically. If you sample 100 healthy infertile men, not sure how many would have normal kruger. Kruger scores for sperm quality are only applicable if all other semen analysis numbers (volume, count and motility) are normal. Invalid if any of these are abnormal. It has very limited applicability nowadays.

Your choice: If you have such fears, Kruger is not the place for you.  However mosquito bites can be minimized by using repellants, mosquito net, and ceiling fan.

Not much: Kruger criteria are guidelines used to judge the shape of ejaculated sperm. It has fallen out of favor recently because it does not reliably predict sperm quality. Egg quality can be assessed when eggs are removed from a woman during ivf and examined in a dish, but criteria similar to krugers for sperm are not currently avalaible.

Livedo reticularis : Can be seen in disease free states. Can also be seem in antiphosphlipis antibody syndrome, which your dr would suspect and test for as determined by the clinical presentation. L. Reticularis (unbroken circles) and l. Racemosa (broken circles) are often confused and its important to distinguish the two as l. Racemosa tends to be more pathological.
