i was flipping chairs and my wrist popped and now it's swollen near the bone part and hurts from like my pinky to my elbow. what could be wrong?

Sprain v fracture v : Flipping chairs? Any numbness or tingling? Weakness? Bruising? Off the cuff, you could have sustained anything from sprain to dislocation to fracture. In this situation, best to go see doctor (urgent care will do) to get xray to (dis)prove fracture. While waiting to see doc, remember rice: rest, ice, compression & elevation. Good luck!

Family practice : Probably what ever is going on is affecting the ulnar nerve. Sometimes recurrent pressure on area can cause a neuropathy   sometimes surgery is needed to move the nerve where it can be protected from further injury.

Tennis elbow: Your symptoms sound a lot like lateral epicondylitis, also called tennis elbow. You don't need to be a tennis player to develop this problem.

can i take my arm sling off after a week of joining my bone between my wrist and elbow. i still have my cast on, also have a plate n 3 screws inside. ?

Different causes: The medial elbow pain experienced in the funny elbow could be an ulnar neuropathy, or a medial epicondylitis.  This will depend on other symptoms that might be experienced.  If nerve problem, then numbness and weakness also present.

The wrist pain could be referred from elbow or a separate problem.  "Small round bone" is not an accurate description of pain location so I cant be specific on causes

Poss tendon strain: It sounds like you may have strained the flexor muscles or elbow ligaments. As long as its minor pain give it a few day and use cold packs over the area. If it gets worse or doesn't start to get better after 5-7 days you may want to see a doctor.

i fell at work really hard on elbow got bone bruise 2 days ago. not to lift over2 lb. but besides that when i go to grip some i get a sharp painfrom wrist to elblow. i dont think bone bruise does that. i'm thinkin more as nerve , muscle ,,, can you?
