good day 
my knee popped out of its socket late friday afternoon and a first aider nearby popped it back into its position. i am currently experiencing pain in the knee cap as well as behind the knee going down into my calf area.  should i see a doc?

Patella dislocation : Yes, you should see a doctor. An orthopedic surgeon would give you the most information. Sometimes the dislocation can cause a crack in the bone (fracture) or cartilage damage or a loose body. Also swelling in the knee joint after this 
can limit recovery and may need to be removed. Proper treatment can limit risks for recurrence.

1 month ago i was skateboarding and i landed wrong and i felt what i think is the knee cap pop out of its socket but then it returned to its place. yesterday i went down a ramp and the same thing happened although this time i landed right. any ideas?

Knee cap pop: Young adults who are physically active, participate in sports may sometimes experience pain (not mentioned) in the front and center of the knee. There are several structures (ligaments, tendons, etc. at the knee). This could be related to athleticism, or genetic and/or developmental (at 18 our musculoskeletal system [and many others] are not fully developed. Consult GP and orthopedic surgeon.

Hard to say: But it could be a torn meniscus.  Have your doctor examine it.  If it is a torn meniscus and the pain is bad, you might benefit from arthroscopic surgery.  Consult with an orthopedic surgeon.
