Nonspecific: Unfortunately this is a fairly nonspecific complaint, which could be caused by several possibilities such as cartilage injury/tear, ligament injury, arthritis, cyst, etc.  You can try some stretches and anti-inflammatory meds, but see a physician if symptoms persist or are severe.

Good for you!!: Sometimes a PT is better for this than an ortho Dr. Especially after they determine no surgery is needed. So seek a good PT referral - ask at a Dr, a hospital, a nursing home, a gym, a pharmacy. You'll find they can really help!

knee pain , grinding sensation , locking and cracking some times gives way , if i put my hand on it i can feel it grinding worse in the cold. any idea?

Many possibilities: Could be some arthritis (though you are young), a meniscal tear, scar tissue, or a loose body.  Some people just have crackling knees without anything serious wrong with the knee. It really depends on many things...Did you have surgery before, or a major injury?  It sound like you should see a sports doctor to at least have an exam and xrays.

i am having a lot of medial knee pain worse at night i also having a displacement of the meniscus i don't know how to find relief? clicking and lock?

Get it evaluated: Unfortunately what you are suffering from are called mechanical symptoms associated with the meniscus flap getting caught in the joint. There is poor blood supply to the meniscus therefore there is a low probability that it will heal on its own. Therefore i suggest an evaluation with an orthopedist to discuss possible options to treat the meniscus tear.
