Yes: Mono/ebv infection takes a very long time to clear up.  Sometimes as long as 2-3 months.  Unfortunately the symptoms can continue until totally cleared of this viral infection.

Have it evaluated.: Arthritis can be genetic or it can be due to gout, infection or chronic wear and tear.  It can result in local areas of inflammation within the joint.

Possible: 6 weeks of swelling of lymph glands is not the normal thing to occur.   This needs to be re evaluated.

At the same time the hip and knee pain can be addressed
