Pinched nerve: The left leg symptoms are characteristic of a pinched nerve at the groin. The coldness of the left foot most likely is a sensation subsequent to the pinched nerve rather than true coldness of the skin. Truly cold foot would be caused by blockage of the artery supplying the foot. I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation of your left leg symptoms.

Yes: It is not unusual to retain fluid as your activity is diminished. It generally resolves with normal activity.

Foot tingling: You might experience foot tingling if you suffer an injury to the outside of the knee where the common peroneal nerve is located, as this nerve is superficial and pass over the head of the fibula ( skinny long bone in the lower leg). This nerve splits in two and ends in the foot.

Knee Pain: This is certainly possible. Changes in your gait to compensate for you knee pain could cause pain else where. You should however pose this question to your ortho physician to be sure this is the cause.

A few can...: The posterior knee injury with resulting fluid collection, formation of a large cyst may cause impingement on the tibial nerve supplying the foot.
Also, while injuring the knee, one can have a back injury affecting the sciatic nerve supplying the entire leg.

Knee ligament : Most common knee injury after pop leading to instability, swelling, pain is an acl tear. Medial pain could be meniscus or mcl injury. Another possibility could include patellar dislocation....But usually more obvious.

Swollen leg: You may have a soft tissue injury to the leg in addition to the knee. Ice and elevation should help.

See a physician: Significant knee injuries can cause calf and foot swelling and bruising. I would see a medical provider to make sure you have not developed a blood clot in your calf.  Make sure to elevate leg, ice knee and do ankle pumps frequently to reduce swelling. Assuming there isn't a blood clot, X-rays to rule out a fracture will be needed. An exam can be done and probably MRI to look for ligament damage.

Swollen feet: Your knee injury is not the cause of your swollen feet. From your description, it sounds as if you're forming edema in your legs. Some causes of this edema formation are cardiac and kidney disease. Another cause may be varicose veins. See a cardiologist for evaluation and if your cardiac and kidney function are normal, ask for a venous doppler study of your legs to see if you have varicose veins.
