Aches: aches can have many reason. First: you need to drink 60-80 oz of water per day. You also need to eat healthier with focusing on 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, with drinking 2 cups of milk per day. You need 15 minutes of sun exposure to get enough vitamin D. Take supplements of vitamin D 400 units per day. Excercise 1 hour per day. Try to sleep well minimum 8 hours per day.

On the surface, it looks like you're just plain exhausted. So try to carve out just a little time for yourself everyday. And let your doctor know how you feel so the appropriate medical evaluation can be performed. We need our moms to be healthy.

If with severe pain, then  immediate testing and evaluation for vascular compromise necessary.
