Aches: aches can have many reason. First: you need to drink 60-80 oz of water per day. You also need to eat healthier with focusing on 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, with drinking 2 cups of milk per day. You need 15 minutes of sun exposure to get enough vitamin D. Take supplements of vitamin D 400 units per day. Excercise 1 hour per day. Try to sleep well minimum 8 hours per day.
