In general, no!: K oxytoca is a strong pathogen, and may cause serious infections, among them, pneumonia. Although it colonizes the nasal passages, it's presence in the sputum can be a 
warning sign, but if you are healthy and have a normal immune status, it should not progress. Be vigilant for any sudden changes in your condition and seek a consultation if your "cold" worsens.

Not infection: In all likelihood the semen was contaminated with the bacteria in the penile urethra on its way out. It also unlikely will cause problem with the baby.

Sounds a bit: unusual.  Have a urologist take a look at your bladder to see if there could be anatomical problems, such as fistula from colon or vagina or incomplete bladder emptying from cystocele or urethral stricture.

NO: Get a repeat urine analysis and culture. Abstain sexually for 1 week. No tight underwear/thongs. No oral sex for 1 week. No tight jeans or swim suits. OK to use OTC Azo for severe burning. 8-10 glasses of water/day.

: If the rash started before cipro was taken then something else caused the rash. A dermatologist is best to consult for diagnosis and treatment of this itchy rash. Could it be a reaction from another medication?   I assume you've tried antihistamines for relief.
