Kidney stone: This sounds like you have a kidney stone. In addition, you could also have a kidney infection. Even if that's not the case, you are at increased risk of infection. I recommend you go to your family doctor, clinic, or er very soon to start treatment and have the stone size evaluated. If it's too big, you may need lithotripsy to break up the stone so you can pass it.

Stents: Ureteral stents can be very uncomfortable.   Blood in the urine and burning with urination are common symptoms of stents.  Likely your symptoms will improve when the stent is removed.

Chronic fatige: This is unlikely.  Chronic fatigue has a whole lot of possibilities.  Most peolpe do well with only one kidney ie kidney donors.  Certailnly if your remaining kidney is failing and not working correctly this can cause fatigue with often swelling, sob and lab abnormalities.  See your doctor.

Single kidney: Loss of one kidney should have no effect on bodily functions. You can live a normal life with one kidney. The one exception would be of you had faling kidneys. In that situation every bit of healthy kidney tissue is needed to maintain kidney functions, so loss of an entire kidney could have a significant consequence. Fatigue and even immune dysfunction could occur with more severe kidney failure.

Yes: Short answer is yes through direct and indirect effects, such as anemia. Sometimes the condition known or unknown that is causing renal impairment may contribute to fatigue as well.
