Here are some ...: Has the dizziness been constant (24 hrs a day) or intermittent or just related with positioning? if constant, need to consider some change in central nerve system incurred in the recent past including drug use; if off &amp; on or positioning-related, consider postural hypotention. In short, is there any problems in central nerve, drug effects (iatrogenic), or indeed low red blood cell count, etc.

prescribed omeprazole. can a build up of acidity cause pressure/bloating? also have a kidney infection with pressure in my back.

Yes pressure occurs: Hyperacidity could cause pressure in the lower chest and upper abdomen to the extent that it may act as if it is an angina pain. Bloating could occur, too. If you have kidney infection, you need to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner to get antibiotics. Pressure in the back may suggest increasing of the urine infection into a kidney infection.

Plan for each: You have a variety of symptoms, some of which may be related ... others not.  I don't think there is one diagnosis that explains all of your symptoms.  You need to work closely with a doctor you have confidence in to diagnose and properly treat all of these.  Don't get discouraged .... wonder about smoking with the high neutrophils.
