Possible but how?: It is certainly possible to have a broken bone if you you had any significant injury. Without injury, broken bone is not likely and more possible a tendinitis of some type. If a joint is suddenly became swollen, mild redness, and very painful to move, then possibly gout etc...If the pain is that bad, check with your doc. In the meantime..Motrin/aleve may help with pain..Good luck.

As long as there are: No shooting pains or weakness in your legs it is likely a pulled or strained muscle. Anti-inflammatory meds like Ibuprofen or Naproxen can help. Take as directed. The swelling more concerning. If pain worsens or same intensity last more than 2 weeks should consult orthopedic surgeon for exam and mri.  Can take 6 weeks to completely heal.

Sprain/strain: How long ago was injury? It sounds like you strained/strained your wrist (well, more correctly, a ligament/tendon/muscle). Cold packs are useful immediately after an injury. Since all other movements are ok, I'm less suspicious for fractures &amp; dislocations. But if pain persists or gets worse or prevents you from doing your normal daily activities, I'd recommend seeing your Family Doc or Sports Med

Could be : Symptoms point towards jra. You may wanna go and get checked by rheumatologist. He will run few lab tests and x-ray joints.

CHF?: Puffy hands and feet in the morning could be congestive heart failure. It could also certainly be a kidney problem so i would double-check that and make sure they're fine.

YOU can!!!: Think flesh=muscles/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc/nerves with chronic pain! cts can be self cured with a self-care with a wellness program of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, exercise, self massage, chiropractor, yoga, heat, epsom tub soaking, and stretching.
