: Fairly normal is a better term.  Some do very well.  Dialysis takes over some functions of the kidney but one can out  ear dialysis and die quickly. Depends on heart: It depend on general health and associated health conditions especially heart disease. Heart failure by itself doesn't prevent someone from getting kidney transplant. I guess she was evaluated in a transplant center and being followed by a cardiologist.

: It is a sign of possible edema which may be from venous insufficiency, heart,kidney or liver problems. If you observe that apparent leg or ankle swelling goes away overnight, edema seems likely and warrants an evaluation by your physician or a specialist in internal medicine. Appropriate testing will be done including blood tests, urinalysis and leg ultrasound depending upon the assessment.

Stopping the anit-rejection medications can lead to acute rejection, chronic transplant damage and ultimately the failure of a transplant. The liver would fail. Liver failure has symptoms of yellowing of your skin and eyeballs, pain in your upper right abdomen, a swollen belly, nausea, vomiting, general sense of feeling unwell, confusion and sleepiness. It is uncertain how long that will take.

Three Main Causes: 1. Overactive bladder, from several secondary causes (nerve problems, prostate problems, infection, bladder irritants) or just plain oab.
2. Overall increased urine production (diabetes, diuretics, brain injury etc.).
3. Increased nighttime urine production (sleep apnea, age, fluid retention).
Management focuses on finding an underlying problem.  In true oab, medicines to calm the bladder are used.

Once it is on a valve, septic emboli can be sent to other places, the brain, retina, bone or kidney. Those emboli to the kidney can cause renal failure. A damaged heart valve can also cause chf. I would imagine the person you are talking about is in the hospital, perhaps you should speak to her doctor.
