Sure: Please, call your doctor! Your cold symptoms have nothing to do with kidney stone. And could be treated separately. But your doctor need to coordinate all medications.

Not a good idea..: ..to stop alcohol cold turkey.You can have withdrawal symptoms-shaking,agitation and even seizure. See a doctor.There are meds to prevent withdrawal symptoms.

Depends on Health: You will need an examination and an evaluation. I doubt the one on the back is a lymph node and maybe his sister lipoma. So your physician is the best way to clarify this.

No: Cold sore, or oral herpes, will not cause low back pain.  Initial infection with herpes can cause fevers, but back pain and fevers are more likely to be due to something else.

Nausea, vomiting: usually no symptoms until the kidney function is 10-15 from a normal of 80. The symptoms at that time are symptoms of Flu with nausea, vomiting and decrease apetite. Also decreasing urine and swelling of legs. So symptoms are very vague.

Probably not: It is no the Percocet itself but the Acetaminophen that is part of pecocet or the tylenol that is the culprit in liver damage. 

Take n acetyl cysteine every day to counter the adverse effects of the acetaminophen.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Local pain may occur: However the symptoms are those for kidney failure e.g. Swelling, decreased urine output, and high blood pressure. Rejection is much less likely if all transplant meds are taken with no skipping.
