See below : Rejection occurs most often in the first 6 months after transplant and decreases with time. Most rejection episodes do not have symptoms and are detected through routine bloodwork. However, if symptoms do occur, the most common signs of rejection are: flu-like symptoms, fever, decreased urine output, weight gain, fatigue, and pain or tenderness over transplant.
