Not recommended: It is not recommended for people to eat non-food items. Napkins are generally not a food item. If one has special napkins that are made of food-grade paper, such as rice paper, then occasionally eating small amounts should not cause harm. However, too much of anything can land a person in trouble. Why not just use napkins for their intended purpose?

what is combination of tegral and nervin? what will happen if we us alone tegral?

Sorry: but I have not heard about the combination of "nervine" a antihistamine (=diphenhydraminine) 
and Tegretol an anti siezure medicine..also used for nerve pain!  I would say that if a Physician prescribed BOTH take BOTH (until you are instructed otherwise)

Duodenal ulcer: The old adage that a duodenal ulcer is relieved by eating and a gastric ulcer is worsened by eating isn't great to rely on, but i would seek followup with a GI physician or your pcp.  A trial of a ppi (ranitidine) or h2 blocker (nexium) may help, but if your symptoms improve with those, it's more of a reason to follow-up with a doctor.

Drugs when needed : Some are necessary such as diuretics when you have fluid retention, muscle relaxants for spasms, analgesics for pain etc. Other prn drugs depend upon whether or not you feel you need to take them such as sleeping pills. Best discussed with physician taking care of patient rather than nurse dispensing drug.

Can be normal: It is not uncommon to have strong vaginal odor after unprotected sex due to semen mixing with vaginal fluid.  If you are not trying to get pregnant, take emergency contraception asap, and see your clinician to start an effective method of contraception.  If you are trying to get pregnant, start prenatal vitamins if you are not already.

Antidepressant: Nardil (phenelzine) aka Phenelzine is an antidepressant called MAO inhibitors which increase norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin. Requires careful monitoring and has dietary restrictions. Eating cheese, yogurt, dry sausage, liver, sauerkraut, chocolate, caffeine  or drinking alcohol or non-alcoholic beer or wine may cause a hypertensive crisis. Many medications should also be avoided. Talk to your doctor.

Accepted Answer

No: Only three drugs are fda approved for intrathecal administration: morphine, Baclofen and ziconotide. Other medications are used by physician discretion. Nalbuphine has not being used at all.
