Duodenal ulcer: The old adage that a duodenal ulcer is relieved by eating and a gastric ulcer is worsened by eating isn't great to rely on, but i would seek followup with a GI physician or your pcp. A trial of a ppi (ranitidine) or h2 blocker (nexium) may help, but if your symptoms improve with those, it's more of a reason to follow-up with a doctor.
