Hard to say: Many studies show that the average kid has 5-7 respiratory illnesses/yr to age 5 and 2-3 diarrhea illnesses in the same period.Whether or not your kid is rather normal in incidence, or more, can best be sorted out by your kids doc.Kid behaviors include constant mouthing of fingers when they are not touching everything and contaminating them with germs.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.  A gastroenterologist may be helpful if by "sick" you mean nausea.

Possibly: You can try to humidify your airways with cool mist humidifier, you can use a netti cup to irrigate your sinuses.  Wash your hands often, and eat lots of vegetables and fruit.
If it continues, you should have your immune system checked as well as allergy testing.

Not the same bug: You probably have allergies that cause recurrent symptoms that mimic colds.  Allergies can cause chronic symptoms like headaches, sinus congestion, sniffles, mucus dripping and ear popping.  You may benefit from using a nasal steroid spray.

Gastroenteritis: Yes, if he wants to get give bland food, such as bananas, rice, applesauce,toast,plain pasta, broiled/grilled chicken. Avoid dairy and juice. Drinking and staying hydrated is way more important than eating which will come around once feeling better. if not tolerating fluids and vomiting then needs to be evaluated for dehydration and possible need for Iv fluids.

i've had swollen auxiliary lymphnodes for a month. they are feel like hard lumps. and i seem to keep getting sick like my immune system is being suppresed. my doctor order and x ray and ct scan, should i be worried? any idea what it may be?

Yes: But at your age, one would consider mono or CMV as potential causes as well.  You need blood tests to rule out a hematologic disorder as well.   Consult a hematologist if your doctor can't provide you with an answer since the problem has gone on long enough.
