Migraine headache: Your description sounds like migraine headaches but you need to have a complete eye exam to make sure everything with eye is ok.  Flashing lights can be a sign of retinal disease so a dilated exam is needed as soon as possible.

Vision,lightheadedne: These symptoms are characteristic of postural hypotension if they occur upon standing up rather quickly. That is, your blood pressure temporarily drops and takes a few seconds to normalize. However if symptoms occur at other times,we would like to determine your blood pressure and heart rate at that time. Anemia could be another cause. I would start with a medical examination by your physician.

Go to your doctor: It sounds as if you have orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure with standing).  The dizzy feeling is due to the fact that you are about to faint.  The vision is going black because you are temporarily not getting enough blood to allow visual system to work.  You should see your primary doctor very quickly.

Orthostatic hypotens: What you have, is an autonomic cardiovascular dysfunction which is also known as orthostatic hypotension. Whenever you stand up, the lower extremity vessels remaining dilated, and the gravity pulls the blood the lower body. Therefore less black goes into the brain, and you get a dizzy feeling. ocationally some patients may black out.

Bp drop: By being down so long your body adjusts your blood pressure lower.  Then,  when you stand up,  your pressure drops low enough that you have the symptoms.  Try sitting at the bedside for a minute before standing.

Many things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
