Abrasions: Most of such superficial lesions can heal in about a week. Although bigger and deeper lesions can take up to 2 weeks or so. People with poor health in general take longer to heal.

Exercise is good!: Glad to hear you're still active and i encourage you to continue to do so. No weight bearing restrictions up until the third trimester unless you're bowling with anything more than a 35lb bowling ball. Listen to your body, you shouldn't do anything to cause significant strain. No concern for miscarriage unless with bleeding, contractions, or abdominal trauma.

recently began bowling weekly, wrist hurts to lift or bend down. pain is becoming unbarable. should i see someone? any suggestion on what to do?

Wrist pain: Sounds like you may have overuse tendonitis.  Although many things can cause wrist pain.  If you rest and take nsaids for few days along with icing the area 20 minutes 3 times a day and it is not improved i would beging with your primary care provider.

Tendonitis: Probably Tendonitis. Not serious. Would recommend hand grip exercise strengthening

About 1 week: You've irritated a small nerve in your thumb.  It will be better in about a week.  No worries.

Apples and pears: The "pear" body type preferentially stores fat around the hips; "apples" store it around their waist. Lose 1 pound of fat for every 3500 calories you drop or exercise off, but you can't pick where--sorry.

was bowling felt wrist pop. it hurts to move it to the left/right but not up/down also hurts to put weight on it. did it a week ago and still hurts.

Need to be examined: I would recommend seeing your doctor. You may have fractured one of the bones in your wrist or injured a tendon.
