Achy pains in legs??: Does it occur frequently after you've taken a long run or exercise routine? Could be due to lactic acid build up in muscle or potassium depletion. If it's persistent speak to your doc.

ive pain down my left neck running into the bottom of my head around the mastoid region. i had on/off pain in specific areas down the left arm and leg. after rubbing my mastoid bones i noticed the left one has a big deep notch that the right doesnt?

red blotchy rash on arms and legs could be due to many causes. If it is due to an allergic or immune reaction, it may be hives. If the rashes are on the exposed areas of the arms and legs only, it is more likely due to insect bites, such as mosquitos and flees. Contact allergy is another consideration. If the rash persists, please visit your doctor.

Head Injury: This is a very unusual set of symptoms that can't be explained anatomically. The type and extent of your head injury several months ago may or may not be a factor. I would not be worried but if this is bothersome, have it checked out.

Arm &amp; leg pains: If you've been evaluated by a rheumatologist and autoimmune disease has been effectively ruled out, I would consider fibromyalgia as a possible cause of your symptoms. Are you aware of any tender points in your body? Another possibility is a variant of restless leg syndrome. Do you get relief on moving? I recommend consulting a rheumatologist but if you've already seen one, revisit him/her.

Urgent visit to MD: 32 year old woman with a complaint of sore throat, fatigue, and a generalized rash on the extremities. 
You need to visit a physician immediately for a physical exam. If you had a fever and sore throat that has been persistent, your rash could be sequelae from untreated strep infection. There are several other differential diagnoses. If you have fever and severe fatigue I would suggest an ER visit
