Depends: This largely depends on the severity of the flare and if appropriate meds are being taken to end the flare.Low dose weekly Methotrexate may take 6-8 weeks to start working.TNF-inhibitors (Enbrel, Remicade, (infliximab) Humira) work much faster,often with improvement after 2-3 weeks and ending flare within 3-6 weeks depending on dose used. Short burst of steroids can help provide some relief in 2-3 days

Stubborn lids: Hardware store have specific grabbers to help with lid removal. Handing the jar to someone nearby who has the pincer strength can be the answer. Some have run hot water over the lid with results. Leaving it for awhile and coming back later works too. Good luck. Enjoy the jelly.

No reliable info: There are hundreds of supplements advertised to do all sorts of magical stuff. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits (but manufacturers make claims, based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... But not on real research because real research is hard to do and is expensive to do). So, with supplements, nobody really knows the full effects.

10/30/12 to 11/7/12: Normal pregnancy is 40 weeks so count back 40 weeks from your due date. Or count forwards 40 weeks from your last menstrual period. Doctors time off.: Not really an urban legend.  Weekend is the worst proven times to be ill, because hospitals and clinics are at half staff.  In july, many doctors take family breaks, and there may be fewer to take care of you.

Chocolate: Chemicals in chocolate (esp. Dark varieties) might be useful for some persons to elevated mood. Chocolate consumption is a double edged sword. All things in moderation to avoid weight gain.

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily : Paracetamol can be given for pain and discomfort but routine use is discouraged as some theoretical concerns it may blunt the response to the vaccine.   So isn't necessary but isn't the end of the world if a dose or 2 is given if uncomfortable/in pain.

Self-isolate: If infected with Covid-19, symptoms can begin anywhere from day 3 to day 8. Look for fever/chills, dry cough, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, sore throat, nausea. Self isolate for 14 days to prevent spreading the disease. see a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, persisitent chest pain, confusion and blue lips/nails. Testing may be necessary to return to work. Talk to Dr for referral.

Anything is possible: Your baby will come when s/he is ready to. You can select it with a c-section (as long as baby doesn't decide first!). See your OB regularly and ask ?S often. Good luck!

2 to 3 months: 11 weeks is 2 to 3 months.  Counting by months is more vague; counting by weeks is less vague.  Also, pregnancy-related dates are almost always estimates.
