Vaccination: I don't know what kind of problem you are suffering or the cause for the enlarged spleen.  I would certainly consider getting a 2nd opinion.  Aside from that , try to get vaccinated (especially to pneumococci) before you undergo the surgery.  Good luck.

"Alignment : "alignment appears anatomic" means everything is lined up as it should be.
"mild narrowing is noted at hip joint bilaterally" means there is some arthritis in the hip joint.
"moderate bony spurring of the acetabulum bilaterally" means a little extra bone (like a little spur) has formed at the hip "cup" where the hip socket fits in, and is also arthritis changes.
"phleboliths" just means calcium in a vein or vessel and is normal, it is a normal finding.

Yes, however...: Every prenatal multivitamin contains all of those and more so this is definitely safe. However, the most important vitamin in a prenatal is Folic Acid (ideally as folinic acid or L-5-MTHF), esp. important in the first few weeks of pregnancy. Also eat greens and beans/lentils for folate (folic acid).

Hard to say: You are on two medications (Plaquinil and Gabapentin) which can be associated with side effects and thus the question whether is safe or not depends on the perspective related to risk/benefit ratio. However there is no evidence that vit A or even vit C supplements are beneficial and thus I would consider stopping these two.

Safe: Vitamin E is generally considered safe for most healthy people. Evion, a brand of vitamin E, should be no different. In high doses, more than 400 IU/day, it might promote bleeding and even stroke. Nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and weakness have also been reported with high doses. Most would not recommend this supplement for a young healthy woman: focus on healthy food sources such as fruits/veggies.

No better or worse: When it comes to multivitamins &amp; mineral supplements, you don't need fancy labels &amp; brands. Yes, there are claims re solubility etc but bottom line, there aren't even any studies showing clinical benefit from multivtamins. With that said, rather than worry about brand names &amp; labels (aside from USP DSVP), ask your family doc to measure 25OH vitamin D. Keep it over 30ng/mL to protect your bones.

PABA preservative: Paba is a common preservative and does not accomplish dying of the hair. Other ingredients will vary by manufacturer.
