"Alignment : "alignment appears anatomic" means everything is lined up as it should be. "mild narrowing is noted at hip joint bilaterally" means there is some arthritis in the hip joint. "moderate bony spurring of the acetabulum bilaterally" means a little extra bone (like a little spur) has formed at the hip "cup" where the hip socket fits in, and is also arthritis changes. "phleboliths" just means calcium in a vein or vessel and is normal, it is a normal finding.

Arthritis.: It probably means you have some arthritis in your hips. See an orthopedic hip specialist for more specifics.
