is it possible to reduce or smoothen fordyce spots by using coconut oil or aloe vera gel ? coz some of my spots are starting to become bumpy and i wanna smoothen it out?

Fordyce spots.:  Fordyce spots are normal. I don't believe that Aloe Vera Gel or coconut oil would remove them.

You don’t: Fordyce spots are swellings of the glands in your skin - secrete oil onto the surface and keep it well-lubricated.  In older people, the glands shrink, produce less oil - that’s why older people often have “dry skin”.  In younger people, they are most prominent on the face, mouth and genitals

Normal variant.  Nothing you can do about them. 50 yrs from now you’ll wish they were back

Neither: Fordyce spots or "pearly penile papules" tend to vary in prominence from time to time. Is used as an additive in many cosmetic products &amp; can be used to control mildew. Garlic is a healthy food &amp; improves taste when added to a multitude of dishes &amp; can be eaten raw. Neither will have any effect on Fordyce spots.

Sort of: There is no rule that says prominent sebaceous glands (Fordyce spots) occur in larger quantities than hermetic lesions or warts but they generally do. Fordyce spots are not a disease and they are not transmissible

Fordyce: Fordyce granules are perfectly normal, and as such require no healing.  Toothpaste will have no effect on these harmless tissues.  Are you sure they are Fordyce granules?  It would be best to see a Dentist for an examination and have the Dentist advise you.
