See your PCP: Severe pain in hands and feet in the morning can indicate an inflammatory condition such as arhritis. The individual finger problem sounds like a tendon issue. The two are not related.  A blood test. by your Primary Care doc may anseer the former, a Hand surgeon should evaluate the latter.

Don't assume ...: That there is no joint inflammation because sed rate is normal. It's unclear from your note how long you have been experiencing severe joint pain; in the early stages of joint inflammation the sed rate may be normal and even the finding of joint swelling can be subtle.  You are in the age group in which Rheumatoid Arthritis may occur. A more sensitive marker for inflammation is the CRP; ask MD.

Possibly: Viral infections can cause generalized aches and pains and a generalized feeling of fatigue as can certain non infectious causes.  Do not hesitate to be seen if you don't get to feeling better.

i have ibs and also have constant mild joint pain in my hands, feet, and right knee. i dont have any stiffness, swelling, or numbness and i recently had esr, c reactive protein, and cbc blood work which came back fine. what could it possibly be?

IBD?: Often difficult to distinguish IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) from IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). Sound similar but entirely different conditions. IBD can cause joint problems.

See a rheumatologist: Your symptoms may be consistent with an autoimmune disease. The ANA and positive SCL 70 are markers which SOMETIMES are associated with certain autoimmune diseases. A Rheumatologist will help you see if you have one of these.

: You have a number of diffuse symptoms. Would follow up with an expert in scleroderma i.e. a doctor who is a professor at a medical school. If none in your city find one in the nearest city.

Stop the zoloft (sertraline): Stop the Zoloft (sertraline) and see if it goes away....or continue and see if you get worse.

Joint pains: Will need to know more details but you should be checked by your doctor because this could be caused by any number of things including autoimmune issues, tendinitis, arthritis, past trauma, overuse, etc.
