See a GI doctor: And do this soon.  This can be infectious, inflammatory bowel disease, tumor, and so on and so on.  Go see somebody soon and be evaluated.  Hope this clears up quickly, but even if it does not you should undergo an evaluation and make sure there is nothing requiring intervention..

Need more info: Where is the discharge from? How often does it happen? Does it have any temporal relation to ingestion of seafood? Are there any other symptoms?
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Variety of reasons: Stool color can be changed by blood, food dye, different foods,medications and by infectious or inflammatory processes.

Gender?: Vaginal discharge?  Penile discharge? Anal discharge? I don't know the cause of your symptoms. However, if you are experiencing bloody stools - this warrants medical evaluation.

Would recommend: You see your doctor for a simple urinalysis for starters.  Diagnosing via the internet is not reliable.  However, your symptoms can have a few reasons behind them and a urinalysis is the place to start.

my 2 weeks son weight is same as discharged weight (2.7 kg) though he is wetting his diapers (4), stool 1-2 times per week. should i be afraid?

Don't be afraid: On the average, a normal newborn should gain about an ounce a day. Was baby discharged at one day of age? Then he may have continued to lose weight for up to five days of age.  At this rate your baby may not be behind.  Are you nursing or bottle feeding? Is the baby content? Was the baby weighed on the same scale? There may be a discrepancy between scales? Follow, up, with your pediatrician.
