Possible TMJ: Sounds like a TMJ problem. You should have it checked out to prevent it from getting worse.

now every time i eat, i keep biting the left and right side of inside mouth. did i dislocate jaw ? i had a big yawn that feels liked i popped out jaw

Probable subluxation: a subluxation of the jaw may have passed, usually they usually return alone to their place and thus the symptoms disappear, if the discomfort continues I recommend you visit your doctor

Tourette's: Those symptoms you described could be consistent with the symptom complex that defines Tourette's.  Along with the verbalizations, people with Tourette's can experience tics which can be behavioral.

Go to doctor: Possibly. The best idea is to go to a physician immediately for an exam. If you have pain, use the ER. You may have some problems with your temperomandibular joint.

TMJ: sounds like TMJ syndrome.  subluxation of the joint can be very irritating.  repeated issues can lead to cartilage deterioration in the joint.  some people get chronic pain at TMJ site or more commonly chronic headaches as the surrounding muscle spasm in attempt to prevent the joint from moving.  you do not seem at this pt.  a bite guard me be helpful.  dentist or oral surgeon would be one to see.

Yes: You can get a locked jaw from yawning.  Yawning does involve opening the jaw to its maximum limit and at times the jaw joint can get "stuck" in that position.  If it happens very infrequently and you do not have any pain, you do not need to seek any treatment.  If its frequent, accompanied by pain or getting worse, you should contact an orofacial pain specialist.  The management is usually benign.

May be TMJ: Your jaw joint (TMJ) may be inflammed.  Eat soft food, no gum chewing, head pad to area, try anti-inflammatory like motrin.  If persists, see your dentist or doctor.
