YES: The jaw is an AMAZING bone...it will "accomodate" to a wide # injuries HOWEVER sound to me like you are referring to TM JOINT pathology! THAT needs to be treated by a trained oral health professional!!

Your : Your description of color changes with position of the shoulder and head is consistent with thoracic outlet syndrome.  This occurs when nerves or blood vessels get pinched where they exit the neck into the armpit.  This is usually a separate phenomenon from the frozen shoulder.

Have your orthopaedic surgeon evaluate the neck and shoulder area for thoracic outlet syndrome.  There are physical exam findings that are helpful and sometimes imaging studies are needed.  Most patient respond well to therapy.  Rarely, some require surgery.

TMD?&amp; leg pain.: Statistically, jaw pain is a bite problem if near the ear or  teeth if lower or midline. See dentist. Eli Lilly says " FORTEO is Rx [for] osteoporosis [patients] at high risk for. . . fractures. . . " If you'd like to quit it, get a DEXA scan for bone density. Shin pain with your hx should be neuritic from the back. Try an epidural. Spur in a sinus-a cavity-shd be benign. No take oral cortisone.

Not likely: It is very unlikely that they are related. If the bone growth is near the ear or enlarging, i would be more concerned.

Neck vs Head: This could be occipital neuralgia where the pain originates from the occipital nerves in the back of the head and travel over the top to right above the eye.  The other option would be that this could be coming from your neck due to the high cervical facets at c2/3 and c3/4.  The nerves exiting this area can wrap around back of head and attach to the same place as occipital nerves.

Get another opinion: If the surgery wasn’t helpful, you need to get to the answer somehow, what did this ENT say after you told them persistent pain still there ? Look elsewhere and find a reputable other ENT for a fresh opinion

Depends: Bone spurs can occur almost anywhere.  The most common site i see in practice is in the heels. However, spurs occur in the spine and around any joint.  It can be painful or asymptomatic.  Many times the spur is not the cause of the pain such as heel spurs. The surrounding soft tissue becomes inflammed and painful.

Eliminate cause: Whether due to increased tenion orexcessive pressure on area. Sometimes but not always surgery is indicated.
