Absolutely: Read up on simple calisthenics and go at them with great intensity and variety. My favorite are "killers" -- stand, drop to pushup position, do a pushup or three, stand up. Keep it up until you can't, do many sets daily. Watch what you eat -- enough lean protein, fruits ; vegetables, and not that much else. What worked for young mr. Wahlberg behind bars will work for you.

What minerals?: Routine metabolic blood testing will show you levels of calcium,  sodium, potassium and phosphorous.

Referral: See your dr or A doctor, get a referral to a PAIN specialist.  They will be more comfortable dealing with your history and problem, as they manage more difficult pain cases.  It may be expensive and you may have to pay out of pocket but that is the path to relief.  Most doctors would be uncomfortable managing your case.

Call Poison Control!: Javel water is dilute bleach and strong alkaline solution.  Please call the poison control centre in Lebanon, it is a 24 hour hotline.  If he did this on purpose, please get him checked immediately for his suicidal behavior. Hopefully, this was just an accident.
