Depends: There are a lot of reasons to get stretch marks, the most common being rapid weight gain. They usually do not hurt. What the look like like and any other symptoms are essential to answering this question, although this being something immediately worrisome is very low. This needs to be looked at and you may need some labs and f/u with a specialist. Get it checked out by a HealthTap doc or PCP.
