Green tea: Green tea has a small  effect on weight loss. Unless you are particularly sensitive -  most people can drink up to 5 cups of green tea  per day without side effects.

Some : Some foods and beverages that can cause heavy staining include: red wine, coffee, black teas, cherries, grape juice, blueberry juice, soy sauce, cranberry juice , balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce,  dark colas, popsicles  and curry. Foods with high acid content impact your teeth as well as tobacco (smoked or chewed).   Chicory is reported to cause a lot of darkening.

Yes.: Within reason, jasmine tea is safe to drink during pregnancy. Excessive tea intake is not advisable as it can lead to 
maternal-fetal arrhythmias and insomnia.
