None: It is a matter of taste.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Absolutely: You can get a contact rash where the pepper touches your skin and you can also get a red face from increased blood flow, called flushing, after eating the pepper.  You can also handle the pepper and touch the baby, causing the rash to appear.  Wash your hands well after handling the jalapenos.

Not dangerous!: "classic allergenic foods:" cow's milk; eggs; peanuts; tree nuts; wheat; soy; fish.  Some breast-feeding women say that avoiding  these items or other spicy/gassy foods, such as onions/cabbage, can help — but this hasn't been proved through research. If your baby becomes fussy or develops a rash, diarrhea or congestion soon after nursing, these signs could indicate a food allergy & need to avoid.

Jalapeño : Spicy food can certainly cause stomach upset as well as increase acid reflux symptoms.

Possibly: Strong cravings for specific foods can be the result of a variety of reasons:  fluctuating hormone levels, blood sugar levels, low serotonin levels in the brain, emotional reasons, or the release of endorphins (natural "feel-good" hormones that the body may release).  Start with your doctor to research what may be causing your symptoms.

Dosing is individual: The dosing of warfarin is highly individualized and can vary by things like your diet, activity level, genetics,  lifestyle and other medications you may be taking.  The actual dose you are on should not be considered good nor bad, it's just the dose that your body needs to achieve the target INR.  For food we look at vitamin k, items high in K should remain stable in your diet.

my ears seem to be clogged with wax when i wake up in the morning. when i go to be my ears are fine, when i wake up in the morning my ears are clogged with wax; they don't hurt as i wake up, i am not sure but this might be related to eating jalapenos, but

Wax : Wax would not clear on its own and get bad agin in the morning.  It may be that your eustachian tubes that clear the pressure in your ears are getting swollen at night.  This can ge due to higher venous pressure from lying down or maybe an allergy to something in your bedroom.  Try sleeping with your head elevated.  Try an over the counter allergy medicine, as long as you do not have a llergy to them.  Loud music can cause the feeling of ear plugging and also ringing in the ears.  This can also resolve 24-48 hours afterwards, but can later add up to a permanant hearing loss.
