Red,weepy rash: Because of your scratching and breakink of the skin you probably have developed a form of impetigo caused by either strep or staph.You need to be under your doctors care.

Intertrigo: This may be a rash from heat and friction which is somewhat common in the armpit area. However,yeast infections are also often seen there as well. If an antiyeast cream such as lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) doesn't clear up the rash and stop the itch, see your physician.

Not measles: Measles is a systemic rash -it wouldn't be localized just under one arm. If it's itchy I wonder if it might be 'contact dermatitis' -an allergy to something? say a cream, lotion, deodorant?  The fact that it's weeping clear fluid means the tissue (skin) is damaged from the rash. Not sure if there's any fever but u may want to apply antibiotic ointment -like bacitracin. I recc going back to the doc

Contact allergy?: Itchy blisters are suggestive of a contact allergy perhaps to fragrance in underarm deodorant.  Try topical hydrocortisone and use hypoallergenic deodorant.  If this does not help. consult a dermatologist or allergist.

i found a bald spot at the back of my head all of a sudden.  not sure if its related but i get a rash on the inside of my elbows as well, itchy and pimply and represents weeping eczema if scratched.  powder normally calms it down...
