What's the cause?: Medicines like hydrocortisone and benedryl containing meds would treat the symptom.  But find out what is causing it is a smarter idea.  It could be an infection that needs an antibiotic, but it could be much more serious.

Paget breast disease: Pagers disease of the breast often presents with a scaly itchy rash of the breast.  I would recommend evaluation by your doctor as this is often very curable.

i have lumps on my breast. they are raised, swollen, very itchy and look like orange peel. is it hives?1 on my nipple but i have 3 other smaller ones.

Get evaluated: You need to have this checked. It may just be some inflammation at your age, but we never take any chances with breast abnormalities.

sebaceous cyst: This is likely a sebaceous cyst that will accumulate sebum &amp; drain intermittently. You can have it cut out by a dermatologist or some primary care docs with experience in the process. They are relatively common.

lymph nodes swollen for 8 months. thought it was over a yr, but further backtracking shows sooner. i now have chest pains, itchiness, fatigue. biopsy?

Hold on: Don't plan your biopsy yet. Lots of things can cause enlarged lymph glands and they're not all bad. Sometimes they are enlarged in the neck but not big enough that it's a worry. I recommend you stop trying to figure it out online and go see a doctor for further evaluation. It may not be as bad as you suspect, but you do need to find out.

hi, i've started getting these red swollen patches on my right hand and 4 patches on my chest which are itchy and quite a irritating feeling, i've applied vaseline to it should i attend the doc to find out what it is it's been there for two days?

Up the treatment: I see in your medication list that you are taking Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) an h1 antihistamine, and were prescribed a steroid cream.  You can try an over the counter h2 antihistamine Loratadine along with the above. You may need to be switched from the steroid cream to steroids by mouth, so a followup with your doctor would be the next step. If you have lip/mouth symptoms, go to Emergency Dept.

More info and see MD: Itchy skin may be associated with dry skin--happens moreso in winter or in people who swim a lot in pools.  Persistent chest infection-external or internal--pneumonia or skin infection.  
depression should be addressed with your physician.
swollen glands may be associated with a viral process, infection or an oncologic issue.  Do you have fevers or recent infection and which glands are swollen?
