Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

More details: This can be a drug reaction, a viral infection, or the onset of a new skin condition. Given the scanty history and description, I would suggest that you try taking antihistamine to see if it helps. If the itching is intolerable or the rash is getting worse, need to see your doctor.

: If the white spots were not caused by old inflammation, the could be due to an autoimmune disorder called vitiligo. The itchy red bumps which turn into pimples could be inflammatory changes in hair follicles.  I think it would be worthwhile to consult a dermatologist for evaluation and advice.

Photo?: To diagnose you correctly, i would need to see the "bumps", and have more history.  Any fever or sweats? Any history of allergies? Joint pains? Recent antibiotic use? Recent trip to the dentist? Family history of connective tissue disorders or autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, or thyroid disease)?  Are any of these bumps painful?

: "Itchy red bumps" can be what is called a "delayed hypersensitivity" reaction to exposure to detergents, even if you have used the same detergent for years.  The areas affected tend to be those of direct contact on bedclothes, and contact is often dependent on areas of perspiration during sleep. "Tide" detergent is a common cause. Try Ivory Snow, or increase rinse cycle on washing machine.

Hard to tell: Making a diagnosis on the cause of rash is difficult especially when there is no detailed history or picture of the rash.   I suggest that you talk to your doctor about it.  In the meanwhile, try apply skin moisturizer to the skin on a regular basis to see if this helps.

i have chlamydia and everything else negative, but i have itchy red bumps on my arms/legs, is it a symptom of chlamydia or could it be something else?

Not likely chlamydia: Not usually a symptom of chlamydia. It is something else. but it still could be a STD, for example: scabies. Many other things also cause itchy red bumps, though, including dry skin, skin infections, liver or kidney problems, medications, allergies to things you eat or things that touch the skin... I would suggest you have have them checked out, preferably by the Dr. that diagnosed the chlamydia.
