See a dermatologist: How do you know they are bites? You need a skin specialist to endever to define this. When you go, bring all pills, creams, and soaps that you use. Ask everybody associated with you if they have any similar symptoms.

Drug allergy: It is likely to be an allergic reaction to the Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) (sulfa). Stop it and call your doctor.

Dermatographism: You are releasing histamine  from tissue. The red streaks with touching / scratching the skin = mechanical/pressure release of histamine  = "dermatographism".  The itchy welts = urticaria which is another type of allergic manifestation. Although it can be challenging sometimes to discover the exact trigger for this type of reaction your doctor can advise effective therapy if allergy persists.

A form of dermatitis: There are a few different conditions that may cause such a presentation.   This could be due to an organism.  But there are a variety of causes which could be due to eczema  or a less common condition called pompholyx.  It can be challenging to diagnose in a clinical presentation, so i'm thinking the blisters should be cultured and biopsied.  Some rx's usually  include a topical steroid.

: Both tests are conclusive, proving both that you do not have either infection and that neither one is the cause of your symptoms. In addition, the rashes of HIV and syphilis almost never itch. They don't cause pain like you describe either. See a doctor and look to other causes of your symptoms. Good luck.

Menopause occurs: 1 year after last period.  During perimenopausal (time leading up to period stopping) you can have a # of sxs.  Sxs may include waking up in middle of night sweating heavily; v concentration, ^             vaginal dryness; fatigue, hair loss, dizziness, wt gain, bloating, incontinence, irregularity of periods, hot flashes; mood swings, irritability ; decreased interest in sex. ^ itching can occur.
