May be pump bump: You could have pressure bumps on the heel which may come from high heel shoes. Pl see attached for the condition's description. You should get checked by your PCP, who can get X Ray to confirm diagnosis or refer you to an orthopedic doctor.

Athletes Foot: You have athletes foot, common in teenagers and people who are physically active, use public showers, and/or sweat in their shoegear. Recommend treatment with an over the counter antifungal, like Gold Bonds medicated foot powder/spray,  or Tinactin (tolnaftate) powder/spray/cream. This will clear up your problem in 10-14 days if used as directed on the label.

Lumps: These may be scattered hives caused by an allergy of some sort. Insect bites are possibilities although these lesions are usually smaller. Try to think of any precipitating factors like certain foods, medications,etc. Antihistamines like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy) give relief. If symptoms persist see your physician or an allergist for evaluation and treatment.

1 bird, 2 stones...: Without seeing the rash and it's exact location, it's a bit challenging to to to exact a treatment. I would apply an over the counter hydro-cortisone cream and a anti-fungal cream, together at the same time, as soon as possible. If no improvement, then see your doctor at his local local surgery for direction.

Callus/bite/csyt: It sounds like you have a dermatitis of some form.  Some things to consider are how long it has been there.
Such a lump of hardened skin could range from a callus to an insect bite.  Your nerves cause the perception of itchiness.  It this is impeding your ability to walk, it should be looked at by a professional.

Itchy bump: with clear liquid can be due to skin fungus infection or athlete's foot. To be sure it is not skin inflammation or infection, you should see a podiatrist.
