i've been having this red circle around my mouth now for 2 months...it can be itchy at times. it's not an allergy or chapped lips. i got mirena (levonorgestrel) in oct?

Dermatitis: Do you have nasal alergies and feel congested? Do you apply chaptix or other lipstick on your lips? The rings can be from skin dryness of contact allergy to a cosmetic product. Apply vaseline daily and no other products and if your nose if congested see an allergist to get it treated. You may be mouth breathing at night.

Vaginal infection: You might have a vaginal infection most notably yeast which can inflame the entire perineum including the peri-anal area.

No: Those two conditions are likely not related. The only thing that comes to mind is caffeine, which can cause pruritis ani and a mild gastritis. But even that is a reach.

Try OTC 1% HC cream: I suggest use of 1% (OTC)  hydrocortisone cram- a thin layer 2-3 times daily; however, without visualization this may also be a fungal irritation. If not improving after 5 days, add a pea sized drop of Lotrimin AF  to the 1% HC cream. Cotton boxer shorts and hot laundry. Change underwear twice daily.

itchy butt crack . its white & itchy and i have to small red itchy bumps or patches right above my butthole ??what could it be and now my toe is itching really bad?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggest fungal infection. You may try an over the counter antifungal cream, consult your pharmacist at the drugstore. If that does not resolve the issue in a week or so it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Pinworms : You may very well have pinworms. Since you are recently post op definitely see your obgyn tomorrow!  Over the countrr antihistamines may provide some help tonight for symptom relief!

: I suggest that you visit a dermatologist for the proper cause and treatment of this problem. In the interim, I would suggest making certain that you properly cleanse the area after each bm, preferably with a mild soap and warm water. There are several creams that can be used to reduce the irritation and itching, that contain an anti yeast and cortisone cream. See dermatologist for assistance.

See a physician /ER : You may be undergoing a moderate to severe allergic reaction to something.  If you have shortness of breath (breathing difficulty). You must immediately go to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.  Otherwise contact your physician and see if you need to be on any medication.

Lip stick allergy?: You may be allergic to the cosmetic used on your lips . Toothpaste and mouthwash are also potential allergens.  If you lick your lips often, it is time to stop doing it.
