It could be...: Athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.  Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.

Dyshidrotic Eczema: There are a number of possibilities for itchy bumps on toes, but dyshidrotic eczema is a common cause of itchy bumps on the fingers and toes:

allergic contact dermatitis and fungal infection can also cause small itchy bumps, but a dermatologist can help sort them out and get you a good treatment!

there are 3 white itchy bumps on the bottom of my big toe. they are so itchy and when i sweat they itch even more, what could it be?

Fungus: Blisters can form from severe fungal infection.  Since you sweat a lot in your feet, first clean your feet, then stop wearing flip flops.  Spray down your shoes and shoes with lysol or bleach your clothes to kill off all fungal spores.  Then use spray deodorant on your feet to help prevent excessive sweating, then apply antifungal over the counter cream to your feet 3x daily.  Good luck.

Itchy bumps: A possibility is hand, foot and mouth disease which is a viral infection more commonly seen in children, but adults can get a mild version. It resolves on its own. Another possibility is dyshydrotic eczema. This form of eczema is very itchy.  A dermatologist can evaluate and advise you.

It depends: In order to give you a better answer you need to describe the bumps or better send a photo. How big are they? Do they itch? What color?
The bumps can range from a response to pressure from socks or the shoe (pressure) to a number of skin problems.

Contact allergy?: You may be allergic to one of the ingredients in your shoes.  Consult an allergist or dermatologist to find out which ingredient is the problem so that you can purchase shoes without that ingredient.  In the meanwhile , consider a sole insert to see it it helps.   Topical hydrocortisone may be tried to control the rash but avoidance is the ultimate answer.

Bumps on foot: could be due to contact dermititis, meaning due to a substance in the slippers you may have an allergic reaction to the material causing irritation. So best suggestion is to throw away the slippers and use slippers with natural materials and that should not cause you any skin irritations hopefully.

Itchy toe bumps: May be eczema or fungus. Could try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or OTC antifungal like tinactin Could also be bacterial infection so try the bacitracin on top of tinactin For eczema use steroids .A great product is lotrisone a steroid and antifungal, but need prescription. F/u with doc urgent care.
